About the Role
This role will involve overseeing the scrap line, rebottling, and shipping processes, including order picking and shipment preparation. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all products are scrapped and stored according to classification. Additionally, you will monitor and optimize production and shipping procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce errors. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing and enforcing quality control measures to guarantee accurate and damage-free shipments.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise production and shipping teams, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity.
• Oversee the scrap line, rebottling, and shipping processes, including order picking and shipment preparation.
• Ensure that all products are scrapped and stored according to classification.
• Monitor and optimize production and shipping procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce errors.
• Train new employees on production processes, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements
• Valid Fork Lift Licence and experience operating a Fork Lift within the last 3 years.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise between production teams and management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations (WHMIS).
• Experience working with metal or plastic drum reconditioning or similar industrial processes.
