Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Care Professional

At SE Health, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our clients. As a Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering holistic care to individuals with complex wound, ostomy, and continence needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive assessments of clients with wound, ostomy, and continence concerns
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address client needs
- Provide education and mentorship to care providers to enhance wound, ostomy, and continence knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Completion of the Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence Canada (NSWOCC) WOC-EP program
- Active membership in NSWOC Canada (preferred)
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
