We are seeking a highly skilled Factory Maintenance Worker to join our team at APEX ALUMINUM EXTRUSIONS LTD. in a dynamic and fast-paced industrial facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with contractors to address major repairs and maintenance needs, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Supervise and assist other workers in performing tasks, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Work closely with process and machine operators to ensure smooth production and minimize disruptions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and reliability skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment
