Pacific Rim Shellfish (2003) Corp. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Vice President to lead our operations in the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support the implementation of organizational policies and programs.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- Work Environment: Ensure a positive and productive work environment that supports the well-being and success of employees.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and one or more of the following languages: Mandarin, Japanese, Thai, Cantonese, or Korean.
