Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of staff members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
