About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at 11177753 CANADA CORPORATION. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective graphics for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Supervise and guide junior graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure high-quality output.
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design concepts.
  • Design and Development
    • Estimate and manage project timelines to deliver designs and illustrations on schedule.
    • Develop and produce high-quality sketches, illustrations, and animations that meet client expectations.
    • Consult with clients to understand their communication needs and develop tailored design solutions.
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate all aspects of production, including print, audio-visual, and electronic materials.
    • Manage sub-contracting and ensure timely delivery of projects.
    • Establish and maintain design guidelines and standards for illustrators and photographers.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Language and Work Environment
    • Fluency in English.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
