Exciting Opportunity for a Financial Accountant and Manager

Arlyn Recruiting is partnering with a leading business boutique firm in Vancouver to find an experienced Financial Accountant and Manager to lead their financial operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a prestigious law firm and contribute to their growth and success.

The Role

As the Financial Accountant and Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the firm, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will also be responsible for managing and optimizing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the firm's growth and success
  • Manage and optimize financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable
  • Prepare and present financial reports to partners and external stakeholders
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in accounting
  • CPA designation
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a professional office
  • Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
Benefits
  • Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000, with additional benefits and compensation perks
