ROSS is a team of People Specialists that helps companies align their people strategy with business growth. We provide remote or onsite HR and recruitment solutions, including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and offer leading-edge open-source HRIS software.
The selected candidate will work on application development using the client's tools and technology, take direction from senior technical staff, understand company tools and technologies, and provide effective solutions to assigned problems.
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of common hardware environments and operating systems, basic understanding of connectivity issues and protocols, and experience with databases such as Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, Informix, and Sybase.
Skill set requirements include strong working knowledge of data management tools, industry-standard third-party tools, DW/BI concepts, data cleansing, matching, and quality tools, batch processing using DI tools, and designing job streams.
Nice to have qualifications include experience with fraud detection in financial, government, and insurance settings.
