About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Early Childhood Education Assistant to join our team at Ter Kadamba Educational Society. As an Early Childhood Education Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our pre-school education program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required. Experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Food allergy and anaphylaxis training, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate are required.
  • Target Audience: The ideal candidate will have experience working with children.
  • Area of Specialization: Pre-school education is a key area of focus for this role.
  • Security and Safety: The successful candidate will be required to maintain immunization records and undergo a vulnerable sector check.
  • Transportation and Travel: A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required for this role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The Early Childhood Education Assistant will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, and may be required to bend, crouch, or kneel.
  • Personal Suitability: The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be punctual, dependable, and a team player.
