We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our technical projects and work with our talented production team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing project documentation, managing scope of supply, and developing detailed project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review project documentation to define scope, budget, and schedule
  • Effectively manage scope of supply and internal/external relationships throughout project execution
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestone schedules, actions registers, and internal/external status reports
  • Assist with the assignment of resources and team formation
  • Address questions and concerns of project team, management, and customers in a professional and confident manner
  • Provide project progress status, delays, and issues to customers in a timely manner
  • Manage and lead scope changes
  • Perform technical writing
  • Manage project documentation deliverables, including prioritizing deliverables
  • Assist with the coordination of testing, shipping, and post-project reviews
  • Prepare agendas, coordinate, and lead required project meetings (kick-offs, design reviews, risk assessments, and circulate actions from meetings)
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet customer expectations

Requirements

  • An Experienced Project Manager with at least 5 years of prior relevant experience (PMP Designation considered an asset)
  • A Natural working on Technical projects and working with technical people
  • An Influencer who can shape outcomes within their team
  • A Problem Solver who enjoys challenging projects and developing solutions
  • A Communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
