Global Excel Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Vice President, Corporate Quality. This position is responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality management strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a clear vision for quality management and ensure client satisfaction and appropriate care.
  • Optimize operational efficiency, ensure cost management and profitability, and develop a strong leadership base.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for cross-site case management, including common processes and tools for the Canadian Case Management teams.
  • Support the development of new services and client implementation strategies in cooperation with other departments.
  • Develop and communicate a vision for the Case Management function that is aligned with the Global corporate vision and establish service standards.
  • Oversee strategic projects and initiatives, in collaboration with the Canadian leadership team and our Global Operations team.
  • Develop and execute on our digital transformation roadmap and initiatives.
  • Ensure that our client's contractual commitments and quality standards are managed and met.
  • Successfully manage and report the day-to-day operations productivity and performance index.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or customer service (or relevant experience).
  • Medical education would be considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 10 years of case management experience in senior leadership positions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French or Spanish is an asset.
  • Bilingualism considered an asset (French and English).
  • Travel insurance industry knowledge, travel insurance underwriting/policy knowledge.
  • Experience in Assistance & Case Management best practices and technology.
  • Understanding of North American & international medical systems is considered a strong asset.
