Job Title: Home Support Worker

Ming Fai James Yam is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding and preparing meals
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist with medication administration and other health-related tasks
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • First Aid Certificate and Personal Support Worker Certificate
Work Environment:

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes and community facilities. You will be required to travel to different locations and work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
