Master Fabricator

Perfect Engineering is seeking a skilled Master Fabricator - Metal Artisan to join our team. This role involves operating manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a related field and possess strong technical skills. You will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, examining welds to ensure they meet standards, and maintaining and performing minor repairs on welding equipment.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and your level of experience. As a full-time employee, you can expect to work 40 hours per week in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
• Interpret welding process specifications to determine the best approach for each task
• Examine welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment to prevent downtime

• High school graduation certificate with equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in a related field, such as welding or fabrication
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of welding processes and techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
