Position Overview:
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist & Strategist who can jump right in and start making a difference. This role is initially in-house for 90 days, with the potential to extend based on performance. You'll be responsible for media buying, running ads and campaigns, and converting organic traffic into paid advertisements.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Buying: Strategize and manage media buying to maximize ROI on advertising spend.

Run targeted ads and campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Develop strategies to convert organic traffic into successful paid ad campaigns.

Oversee and execute digital campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta, ensuring they meet performance goals.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments to optimize results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 35 years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on media buying, ad management, and digital campaigns.
  • Platforms: Expertise in managing campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign performance data and optimize for better results.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and implement strategies to convert organic traffic into effective paid campaigns.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
