At Loviann Gray, we are seeking a skilled handyman to join our team. With 7 years of experience in renovation, this individual will be responsible for various tasks including drywall and repairs, flooring, painting, doors and trims, basic plumbing, deck and fence repair, and tiling.

Job Overview

As a skilled handyman at Loviann Gray, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, utilizing your expertise to deliver high-quality results.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in renovation and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities will include:

  • Drywall installation and repair
  • Flooring installation and maintenance
  • Painting and finishing
  • Door and trim installation
  • Basic plumbing repairs
  • Deck and fence construction and repair
  • Tiling and grouting

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to maintain a clean and safe working environment, and adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • 7 years of experience in renovation
  • A strong background in drywall, flooring, painting, doors and trims, basic plumbing, deck and fence repair, and tiling
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
