About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Papa John's Pizza. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Ensure the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work on site and adhere to our on-site work policy.
