Housekeeping Attendant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, including making beds, changing sheets, and restocking amenities.
- Clean and maintain public areas, including corridors, lounges, and other high-traffic areas.
- Restock and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Assist with linen sorting and distribution.
- Participate in deep cleaning and special projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
- Warm and caring personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
- Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
