About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team at CommScope Inc. as a Network Solutions Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of connectivity solutions, empowering the way we live, work, and learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical sales support and influencing to customers and partners, focusing on wireless and wired network solutions.
  • Develop and manage territory account plans, leveraging industry knowledge and business economics trends.
  • Collaborate with Territory and/or Partner Account Managers to drive revenue and sell solutions to achieve quota goals.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, differentiating and competitively positioning RUCKUS solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working with Wi-Fi and switching vendor solutions, including Ruckus, Brocade, Juniper, Arista, Cisco, and others.
  • Strong understanding of pre-sales engineering, technical sales processes, and critical account management.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to various audiences, including executive-level decision makers.
  • Proficient in both English and French languages.
  • Reside in the Montreal region and be able to travel 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional or associate-level networking industry certification, such as CCNA, BPIPA, JNCIA, or others.
  • Working knowledge of RUCKUS Networks wireless, wired, and software solutions.
  • Experience with Wi-Fi design tools, such as Ekahau, Hamina, or Air Magnet.
