**Job Description:**
As a Production Supervisor at Lassonde, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This includes supervising and managing a team of employees, monitoring production quality, and identifying areas for improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to employees to help them develop their skills and meet performance expectations.
- Process Improvement: Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce safe work practices and conduct regular safety talks and inspections to promote a strong safety culture.
- Training and Development: Ensure employee training and risk assessments are conducted, and identify opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Logistics and Supply Chain: Monitor non-inventory supplies and ensure adequate stock for production needs, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics teams to resolve production issues.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in a related field (science, engineering, operations management) or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years similar experience in a production supervisory role.
- Experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment is an asset.
