Responsibilities
  • **Verification of ASIC Design**: Responsible for verifying the ASIC design, architecture, and golden models using advanced verification methodologies such as UVM. Write block and top-level tests and debug failing tests.
  • **IP Core Integration**: Work with designers to integrate our IP Cores.
  • **Test Planning and Review**: Plan and review test plans.
  • **Functional Coverage**: Create functional coverage points.
  • **Verification Results**: Review verification results and metrics and drive the verification convergence towards tape-out.
  • **Regression Testing**: Run regression tests.
Qualifications
  • **Education**: MS or BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering/Science.
  • **Verification Experience**: Experience in verification using random stimulus along with functional coverage and assertion-based verification methodologies.
  • **Design and Verification Tools**: Experience with design and verification tools.
  • **Programming Skills**: Hands-on experience in Perl and Python.
  • **RTL Coding**: Some knowledge of RTL coding (Verilog/VHDL), simulation, synthesis, etc.
  • **Communication Skills**: Good oral and written skills for communication and documentation.
Desirable Skills
  • **Verilog and System Verilog**: Experience with Verilog and System Verilog.
  • **Python and Perl Programming**: Experience with Python and Perl programming.
  • **Fast Learner**: Ability to learn quickly.
