About the Job
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this position is assuring timely delivery of project progress reports and results to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping clients informed of clinical trial progress
- Preparing study quotations and contracts at Pharma Medica Research Inc.
- Communicating with clients to keep them aware of trial progress
- Establishing and maintaining timeliness of commitments to meet deadlines and ensure adherence to key completion dates reflected in the contracts/agreements
- Developing and maintaining computer information systems for scheduling and tracking all aspects of PMRI contracts
- Coordinating activities between various divisions, i.e. scheduling studies and obtaining dates for project milestones from applicable divisions
- Day-to-day management of assigned projects/clients
