Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at FloForm Countertops. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of CNC machinery, ensuring high-quality products are produced to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality countertops
  • Set up stock to be machined using laser guides for accurate placement
  • Load machines by lifting stock into position using mechanical lifters
  • Verify settings by measuring positions and adhering to set standards
  • Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting processes
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workstation
  • Adhere to all safety procedures while on the production floor
  • Participate in cross-training and cover other positions as required
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts

Requirements

  • Experience operating production equipment, preferably CNC machinery
  • Accurate measuring skills using a tape measure and calipers
  • Ability to read technical drawings for size and profile information
  • Good physical condition
