Job Description

">

The Financial Services Coordinator will perform general clerical and technical work involving the preparation and maintenance of fiscal records. Responsibilities include maintaining office files, account records, and other documents; providing public contact and problem-solving assistance; and performing a variety of clerical tasks.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and experience with Excel and Word.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have completed courses in accounting/finance or an equivalent field. A minimum of three years' experience in office administration or a related field is preferred.

Candidates should also have hands-on experience with Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word, and be proficient in using Windows-based personal computers.
