Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Highway Paving Technician to join our team at RSR Road Surface Recycling Limited. As a key member of our construction crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of road construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to project sites
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet precise specifications
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications and paving roads with asphalt
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials for future use
  • Removing rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment
About You

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who can work well under pressure and is willing to travel to various job sites. You should have excellent hand-eye coordination and be able to handle heavy loads safely.

What We Offer
