Job Overview

Go Auto is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As an integral part of our sales process, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless communication, and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Sales Strategy

As an Automotive Service Advisor, your primary goal is to understand the needs of our customers and provide personalized solutions that meet their requirements. You will work closely with our skilled technicians to ensure accurate estimates and recommend services that exceed our customers' expectations. Your ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet customers warmly and establish rapport through active listening and empathy.
2. Collaborate with technicians to provide detailed estimates and recommend services tailored to each customer's needs.
3. Maintain open communication channels, keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicle and addressing any concerns promptly.
4. Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.
5. Develop strong working relationships with colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth and success.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, ensuring you remain a trusted expert in automotive services.

Requirements

6. Proficiency in computer software and systems used for estimating and service management.
7. Previous experience in a similar role or extensive knowledge of automotive services and repairs preferred.
