Senior Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Director to join our team at https://www.energyjobline.com/sitemap. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading complex construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to meet client requirements;
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors;
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets;
- Coordinate and manage project communications, including client updates and stakeholder engagement;
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members;
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards;
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients;
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering, or equivalent combination of experience and training;
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, or a related field;
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities;
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project software;
- Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate project risks;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams;
- Strong business acumen, with ability to understand and manage project finances and budgets;
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
