About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at AGCO. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and parts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, and count various materials and parts, verifying quantities against receiving lists.
  • Monitor product quality by visually inspecting incoming parts and reporting any defects or discrepancies.
  • Manually place materials in suitable containers and move them to designated locations, using roller conveyors to guide heavy items.
  • Ship orders by verifying part numbers, quantities, and shipping labels, and ensuring proper packaging and sealing.
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet productivity and quality standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
