Lead a Team of Dedicated Professionals

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a visionary leader to oversee the daily operations of our retirement community. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving a culture of excellence, building strong relationships with residents and their families, and collaborating with external stakeholders to promote our community as a hub of activity and connection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient and effective management of community resources
  • Build and lead a high-performing management team to drive business results and resident satisfaction
  • Collaborate with external partners to promote the community and enhance the resident experience
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Foster a culture of positivity, accountability, and community among staff and residents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in retirement living or hospitality
  • Proven track record of effective team management, budget management, and operational excellence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
