**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Training Manager to join our team at Scotiabank. In this role, you will be responsible for developing employee training programs to enhance skills and drive cybersecurity awareness across the Bank.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Awareness and Training, and will be responsible for overseeing mandatory training courses, presentations, and programs, as well as developing new cybersecurity learning materials for the Bank. Additionally, you will create and maintain detailed online dashboards and reports on training activities and outcomes, ensuring alignment with Scotiabank's strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead cybersecurity training projects, collaborating with industry leading third parties and internal partners to deliver role-based training and cybersecurity best practices globally.
  • Develop, socialize, and implement plans, addressing obstacles and applying monitoring tools to achieve desired outcomes and stakeholder behavior.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports on training activities and outcomes. Effectively manage projects, share best practices and insights, and confidently deliver presentations to stakeholders and business leaders.
