About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our manufacturing company, Ultimate Feed Screws Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
    • Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet business objectives.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial stability and growth.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
  • Technology and Innovation
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
    • Implement and manage technology solutions to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or manufacturing.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results. The role will involve frequent travel to manufacturing facilities and other business locations.
