At ONTARIO INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various cleaning and housekeeping tasks, including floor care, dusting, and making beds.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and be required to perform repetitive tasks. You will be responsible for assisting clients with personal hygiene and addressing customer complaints in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Floor care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Dusting: Dust furniture
  • Bed making: Make beds and change sheets
  • Linens: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, mend clothing and linens
  • Fixtures and appliances: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Elevators: Clean and disinfect elevators
  • Lost and found: Handle and report lost and found items
  • Facilities: Provide basic information on facilities
  • Personal hygiene: Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Light housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Changing rooms and showers: Clean changing rooms and showers
  • Customer service: Address customers' complaints or concerns

Work conditions and physical capabilities:

  • Work environment: Fast-paced, physically demanding, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks
  • Physical activities: Bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, overtime required
