We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of our seasonal store.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards
- Support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention
- Perform physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking for 8 hours
- Minimum age requirement: 16
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
