Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support Indigenous Communities with their projects within the Fraser Valley area and throughout BC.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary contact for the delivery of infrastructure projects for our Indigenous Clients
- Help build sustainable and resilient infrastructure within local communities
- Lead detailed designs and production of engineering drawings and specifications
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of documents required for approvals
- Chair regular project meetings with clients and internal staff
- Provide leadership in safety and quality management practices
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff
- Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- Strong technical skills and 5+ years of related technical experience
- General understanding of working with Indigenous Communities and federal regulations
- Proven ability to attract and retain clients, win projects, and provide high-quality deliverables on time and on budget
