About the Role

FloForm Countertops is a leading manufacturer and installer of premium surface countertops, with 16 branches and 5 manufacturing facilities across the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Installation Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead installers with the complete installation of countertops, ensuring a high level of quality and professionalism.
  • Remove existing countertops and plumbing as required, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to installation, working closely with the installation team to resolve problems.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure timely completion of installations, communicating any delays or issues promptly.
  • Maintain company vehicles to a high standard, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform errands as required, such as picking up materials or tools from the shop.

Requirements

  • Countertop installation or construction experience is an asset, but we will provide training to the right candidate.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and quality focus.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to lift up to 200 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional overtime required.
