About Wave HQ

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Complaints & Social Specialist, Customer Success to join our team at Wave HQ. This is a full-time remote position that requires excellent customer support skills, social media expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Wave customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights to improve Wave's products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as customer service or marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a tech industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
