SkySys is seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to work with our clients in the WorkspaceONE domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients, as well as collaborating with our internal teams to deliver advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical advisor to clients and provide guidance on cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Assist the Customer Success Manager and Problem Management team in the root cause analysis process and technical corrective actions.
  • Drive technical innovation and collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to deliver advisory services.
  • Provide weekly technical data for service delivery reports.
  • Be available for on-call client critical issues.
  • Assist the problem management process for all assigned clients.
  • Identify and contribute to technical Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
  • Support operations for Change management and validation post implementation.
  • Provide inputs to the Customer Success Manager on risk and issue management for the client environment.

  • A good communicator, with an ability to discuss technical topics with tech and non-tech audiences.
  • Capable of thriving in a structured and process-oriented environment, but you enjoy change and can adapt.
  • ITIL experience is beneficial.
  • Technically well-versed in supporting users in WorkspaceONE.

  • Deploy OS upgrades.
  • Deploy Security patch upgrades.
  • Compliancy policy requests.
  • Console/Admin Experience.
  • Manage intakes.
  • Create, manage, activate relay servers.
