Huckleberry's Cafe Inc is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. This role requires attention to detail, fast-paced environment, and physically demanding tasks. You will also be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas. Additionally, you will organize buffets and banquets, and manage kitchen operations. If you have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience, or equivalent experience, we encourage you to apply. This is a permanent position with 35 to 40 hours per week. Work Language: English.
