Calian Group Ltd. is seeking a Clinical Specialist Instructor to support the design, development, and delivery of training programs for the Canadian Forces Health Services Group. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various healthcare disciplines, including medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and health administration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver clinical specialty training programs
- Create lesson plans and instructional materials
- Prepare training equipment and learning tools
- Counsel and provide remedial training to students
- Assess student performance and provide feedback
- Advise on the quality and efficiency of instruction
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or post-graduate diploma/certificate from a recognized Canadian University or College
- Completed a minimum of sixty training days within the last three years in instructing in military health services
- Valid professional license in good standing with respective governing body
- One year experience operating training simulators in aerospace medicine, hyperbaric medicine, or general medical simulation
- Bilingual in both Official languages preferred
- Ability to work onsite, as public transportation may not always be available
- Canadian Citizenship
- Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the Secret level
