We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President to join our team at the Government of Canada - Western. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong background in organizational management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to achieve organizational objectives
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to enhance the organization's reputation and brand
  • Approve overall human resources planning to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
