We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at SAKUNTHALA CATERING INC. in a frontline cleaning role.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.

This is a full-time position working approximately 30-40 hours per week, with a competitive hourly wage of $16-$20 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize floors, carpets, walls, and ceilings
  • Empty trash and recycling bins
  • Restock supplies and equipment
  • Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and bathroom areas
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1-6 months of experience in janitorial or related field
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
