Job Description

NIRVAIR RENOVATION AND CONSTRUCTION LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, performing pre-operational inspections, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, excavators, and bulldozers to perform tasks such as digging, hauling, and lifting materials.
  • Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure that equipment is in good working condition and that all safety protocols are in place.
  • Assist in the construction process by performing tasks such as mixing and pouring concrete, operating pile driving cranes, and assisting in drilling and blasting rock.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures, and by reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position that involves working outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment. The successful candidate will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions.
