About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Farm Labourer to join our team at Victoria Riddoch, Brent Riddoch. As a key member of our farm operations team, you will be responsible for the management of crops from planting to harvesting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Farm Machinery Operations: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to support crop management and harvesting activities.
  • Harvesting and Handling: Harvest crops and handle them with care to minimize damage and ensure quality.
  • Work Site Environment: Work in a variety of outdoor environments, including rural areas and various locations.
  • Physical Demands: Perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 40 to 60 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing farm operations.
