**About This Role**
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Civil & Infrastructure Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing stakeholder communications, ensuring resource availability, and overseeing various administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of project coordination and team collaboration, with 1-3 years' working experience in the construction industry. They will also have a University Degree/Technology Diploma in Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience.
**Key Responsibilities and Expectations:**
- Coordinate and administer projects from inception to completion.
- Manage stakeholder communications and ensure effective communication with team members, trade partners, consultants, and clients.
- Maintain and review project documentation, including shop drawings, RFI's, material purchase orders, change notice quotes, and project completion documents.
- Analyze project quotes and negotiate prices.
- Collect and complete company-wide project reports for assigned projects.
