About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Draftsperson to join our team at Intelligent Engineering Design Ltd. as a key member of our design and development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Prepare engineering designs and drawings, develop and prepare design sketches, and create construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.
  • Technical Writing: Write technical reports and specifications, and estimate costs and materials.
  • Documentation and Quality Control: Complete documentation packages and drawing sets, and examine drawings for conformity and errors.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Proficient in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, including AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT.
Area of Specialization
  • Architecture and Interior Landscaping.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Primarily a sitting role.
Personal Qualities and Experience
  • Organized and team-oriented individual with 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment opportunity with 30-35 hours of work per week.
  • Fluent in English language.
