Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance good governance in Canada
- Lead a team of professionals in delivering research, learning, and leadership services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government, industry, and civil society
- Champion a culture of inclusivity, engagement, and empowerment within the organization
- Play an active role with the Board of Directors, optimizing the value and contributions of individual board members
- Progressive roles in senior leadership positions, including experience with financial management, human resources, and governance policies
- Strong network of contacts in and outside of government, including international networks and experience
- Demonstrated record of success in organization building and management
- Proven track record as an effective manager in an environment emphasizing teamwork and collegiality
- Ability to communicate in both English and French
