About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Kinesiologist to join our team at Reflex Physiotherapy. As a Kinesiologist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each client, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Education and Awareness: Provide education and awareness to clients on health promotion, injury prevention, management, and treatment.
  • Treatment Implementation: Implement treatment plans, analyzing the client's progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Program Design: Design specialized therapy programs to maintain, rehabilitate, or enhance movement, musculoskeletal functioning, and performance in sports, work, and recreation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Remote location, urban area, and work in employer's/client's home.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Certifications and Licenses: CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Specialization or Experience: Green economy sector and athletic therapy, dance therapy, movement therapy, and recreational therapy.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, interpersonal awareness, organized, and team player.
