About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at 2726784 Ontario Inc. as an Executive Vice President of Sales. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team and provide coaching and guidance to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Skills: Strong business development and sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
