Job Summary:

The Culinary Associate - Food Preparation Specialist will be responsible for preparing high-quality food under the supervision of the Sous Chef. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent culinary skills, and a creative mind eager for development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food under the supervision of the Sous Chef;
  • Maintain inventory and ensure efficient ordering procedures;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management;
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve exceptional service standards;
  • Meet performance expectations and maintain high levels of productivity;

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • One year of recognized culinary experience in a fast-paced restaurant required;
  • Post-secondary certificate or diploma from a recognized culinary program preferred;
  • Possess a desire to develop and learn new skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as required;
