We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Manage the pharmacy's inventory, including ordering and stocking medications and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care and service.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and coach others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to formulate and execute action plans.
