About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Manage the pharmacy's inventory, including ordering and stocking medications and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care and service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and coach others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to formulate and execute action plans.
