About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as an Insulation Helper at H & S Insulation. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and removal of insulation materials on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced crew members.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, as well as demolishing buildings.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and tools.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
